Nikia Tull

I am strong. I am brave. I begin every morning with prayer and positive affirmations. Let me introduce myself, my name is Nikia Tull (Queen Phoenix). I am one of the Founders of YT Phoenix Enterprise Inc (YT Phoenix Business & Financial Services). With over 20 years of experience in the areas of Business Development and Financial Education, my passion is to educate others to be financially savvy and live life without financial struggles. Through my journey, I have been able to build a successful business and

touch many families across the East Coast. During the years 2009-2011, I won the Professional Women of the Year Award whilst being part of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). Becoming a part of this organization was one of my professional goals I was also able to achieve goals in my financial business, YT Phoenix Business & Financial Service has received the Best of Virginia Beach Award for the years of 2016 and 2017; Best of Hampton Roads for 2018 and 2019 for the city of Chesapeake, VA., and the top 100 Minority Entrepreneur. With my expertise in the business organization, tax preparation, financial concepts, and vision of empowering women, I have won numerous awards. I am most proud of all that I contribute to the strong business partnership I have with my husband Sean Tull.

I am a strong woman with a passion to help people. Through my journey of adversities and challenges, I have been able to build a foundation called Phoenix RISE Foundation. Help individuals through their storms and empowering them mentally, physically, spiritually, and financially.

I am a child of God, a licensed minister, and sharer of the Word of God. My mission is to help my community and Churches. My vision is to reach families across the world with the word of God and bringing all those I meet financial, mental, spiritual, and physical prosperity.

I whole-heartedly believe in family first just like you. Life has never been easy, but I stand as a victorious woman who has overcome a lot of adversity in my life and I am now willing to share all my knowledge with you.
